Convention of 1993

The present convention refers to the Vienna Convention for the protection of the ozone layer effective on the 22 September 1988, to the Montreal Protocol on substances that deplete the ozone layer effective on the 1st January 1989, the regulation of the Council of the European Communities No 594/91 of 4 March 1991 on certain chlorofluorocarbons and halons that deplete the ozone layer.
